Fantastische Erfahrung: Rehab therapists here are great at their job and care about what they do!

Fantastische Erfahrung: I have been working with Nieves since March 2026 for chronic shoulder & neck pain that started in 2020. After years of chiropractor adjustments, acupuncture, cupping, and massages- she has finally relieved me of my pain. There would be days where I could not lift my right arm past chest level & the pain would shoot to my neck causing more issues. After 5 months of physical therapy with Nieves Abreu, I am finally pain free. Her attention to detail, research, and hands on treatment was exactly what I needed. I am eternally grateful for her professionalism & experience. I recommend Nieves 1000% for any physical therapy needs.

Fantastische Erfahrung: Meliva rehab has been excellent. My therapist, Kevin, has shown exceptional knowledge in both physical and nutritional aspects of my healing process. I have never left with an unanswered question, and Kevin had gone out of his way at times to answer questions outside of work hours to help me along the process. Highly recommend, I have been to physical therapy for multiple injuries but have never felt so personally accommodated as I have here.

Negative Erfahrung: This was an extremely frustrating experience and easily one of the worst interactions with any medical office. Stephanie, the physical therapist, is genuinely excellent. She is skilled, attentive, and clearly cares about her patients. Unfortunately, that is where the positives end. The front office staff, specifically Kathi, were shockingly rude, combative, and unprofessional. Every interaction felt like an argument waiting to happen. My wife was given conflicting instructions on multiple occasions, which points to a glaring breakdown in basic communication within the office. Instead of taking responsibility or clarifying anything, the response we got was attitude and hostility. I also want to point out that this experience directly echoes another review, where a patient described the massage staff as “absolutely marvelous” but said the front desk customer service “really sucks,” including appointments being mishandled and canceled in a way that left them without proper care. It’s evident that these interactions with customers are not an isolated incident, but an ongoing pattern with the front office. What should have been a straightforward and supportive process turned into an unnecessary source of stress. Watching my wife deal with this kind of treatment during an already difficult time was unacceptable. A front desk sets the tone for the entire practice, and in this case it reflects very poorly. It is honestly baffling that a practice with such a talented therapist allows a front office like this to represent them. Based on our experience I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere unless you want to deal with confusion, disrespect, and a completely avoidable headache.

Fantastische Erfahrung: I had a referral for physical therapy and most people highly recommended that I go to Meliva in Ramstein-Miesenbach. I was reluctant to go as I knew that the source of my problem would be best treated by a chiropractor. I was unexpectedly surprised that they had a chiropractor too! Not only that, Dr Loughney has over 20 years experience and is from the United States. Within a month, I have shown so much improvement and lessening of pain, discomfort from my neck down to my wrists. I see the physical therapists AND the chiropractor in Meliva. I love that they work together for me and I am feeling normal again.

Fantastische Erfahrung: Receptionists are friendly and the therapists are amazing! I came in with two issues (one for constant knee pain and the other for dizziness) and they were resolved within a few weeks! I havent had pain or discomfort since and its been over a year!

Fantastische Erfahrung: The very best physical therapists with the most exceptional customer service team for my 6 month old baby. When I went to my appointment there was even another physical therapist who helped watch my toddler. They were knowledgeable on the problem my infant was facing and developed a care plan that’s helped him tremendously.

Positive Erfahrung: Lo divertido de este lugar es que tú no puedes llegar tarde por que te cobran. Pero ellos si pueden empezar tarde la terapia. Por ejemplo yo llego 15 minutos antes y hasta 20 minutos antes y ellos me atienden cuando ellos quieren a veces 10 minutos más tarde de la hora acordada o 6 minutos más tardes. Pero puntualmente NO …. En todo lo demás el lugar es excelente, tienen bunas máquinas bastante limpio.

Fantastische Erfahrung: Very nice physical therapy office. The workers speak English and German and are very friendly. I've done more different exercises with this clinic with a more focused routine then at any other clinic I've been at. Highly recommend this clinic

Fantastische Erfahrung: Sehr sehr nettes Personal und es werden sehr viele Anwendungen angeboten, z. B. Reha, Physio, verschiedene Massagen, Five, usw. Auch die Wasserspender für die Kunden die aufgestellt sind, finde ich sehr zuvorkommend. Die Einrichtung bzw. Geräte sind sehr modern. Die Räumlichkeiten sehr offen und freundlich gestaltet. Es wird Deutsch und Englisch gesprochen. Fantastisch

Fantastische Erfahrung: I had weekly physical therapy for my plantar fasciitis for part of the time we lived in Germany. My PT, Adrian, was a miracle worker. Now we’re back in America, my feet are starting to bother me again and I’m so wishing I could call to make an appointment for Adrian (which is reminding me that if wanted to write a review months ago). Highly recommend this place; Adrian was the only therapist I saw but I suspect they’re all wonderful. As much as I wish I could make an appointment, I’m also feeling very grateful for the exercises Adrian taught me, as I suspect I’ll be able to help myself at home this time around.

Positive Erfahrung: Got here massage and accupunture Only be aware that one hour massage is actual 50 minutes. 10 minutes is for changing and getting the next one in. Was surpriced about that. But I know now. Be sure to check your appointment time and date is correct. Thanks

Fantastische Erfahrung: I started my physical therapy about three months ago. Since the beginning, Luca has been helping me gradually increase the mobility of my shoulders. Afterward, building muscles around the injury. He has been very knowledgeable about the anatomy of my injury and articulated in great detail what I need to work on to obtain a full recovery. In addition, the staff and the therapists are always lovely and have never failed to provide outstanding customer service! I highly encourage people to receive treatment here than on post. They do a fantastic job!

Fantastische Erfahrung: As a woman and mom of two, pelvic floor therapy is extremely necessary. Stephanie is incredibly knowledgeable. I went to a PT stateside for months, but within two sessions with Stephanie, my pain was nearly nonexistent.
